abstract: The contribution analyses the content of the proposed constitutional reform of the ordinary judiciary referred to in the constitutional bill A.C. n. 1917, presented to the Chamber of Deputies on 13 June 2024, aimed at introducing the separation of careers as well as significant changes in the structure of the administrative and disciplinary bodies of the judiciary, analyzing the aims that drive the reform proposal and questioning the rationality of the measures put in place and the possible systemic effects.
