The lceonline editorial project starts from the idea of ‘European citizenship’ at the heart of the integration process as a paradigmatic example of the evolution and transformation of traditional legal, political-institutional and socio-cultural categories, as a phenomenon that affects a series of areas, reflecting its distinctly multi/interdisciplinary character.
The resulting editorial choice intends to cope with a wide range of content covering the following areas of interest for the journal in a national, European and global perspective: legal comparison and integration, constitutional law, international law and international protection of human rights, private law, public law, EU institutions and policies, comparative politics, international relations, history of European integration, history and theory of law.
